4 Seasons Grounds Services provides our clients with a professional and timely care service. 

A wealth of practical and managerial experience means we can quickly resolve client issues arising during developmental stages or after a plot is occupied.

We aim to ensure all clients are treated fairly and kept fully informed throughout the work, with particular attention in any situation where sensitivity is required.

Once we receive an enquiry, we will:

  • Make contact with the client within 48 hours to arrange a mutually suitable appointment
  • Attend, at the agreed time, and assess any issues raised. All aspects will be evaluated, assessed and noted
  • We will generate a report detailing all facts relating to the reported issue(s). Photographs and site drawings, if available, will be provided to help highlight any problems.
  • If applicable, we will include a quotation within the report, and if possible, we will provide details for potential options.
  • Once the report and quotation are sent, we will file an “Awaiting a response from the client.”
  • We aim to respond as quickly as possible to any subsequent questions arising from our report.
  • Once any work is authorised, we will contact the client(s) to advise them that we have received authorisation to proceed and to discuss the work to be undertaken.
  • We will arrange a mutually acceptable date and time with the client and book the work. If items such as skips are required for the task, we will advise the client and, wherever possible, arrange for delivery the day before to avoid any potential delays on the day we arrive.
  • We will confirm the date we will be attending with the client along with the expected duration of the work
  • Once the work commences, should any issues arise that need to be communicated or if any alteration to the original brief is necessary, we will immediately call to agree on how best to proceed.
  • Once the job is complete, we will ensure the client is satisfied before leaving. If the client is unavailable at that time, one of our team will subsequently contact the client to review the work and ensure there are no remaining issues.
